Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Message Gallery

Welcome to the Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Prevention Message Gallery. These collections provide visual and audio resources that you may find helpful for use in your own AIS prevention education and outreach activities. These products in the collections were developed as part of a research project at the Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species Research Center called Beyond the Sign: Influencing Recreational Boaters Required Behaviors. This project designed and tested innovative and engaging education messaging in augmented reality and evaluated their ability to influence recreational boaters’ intentions to perform behaviors that prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species. We will soon be adding more about the results of this project and access to a best practices resource guide if you are interested in learning more about implementing augmented reality or developing your own messages.
